I started my apprenticeship at Sunrise in 2023 and spent my first year in a foundational program at the BBC. From August to February, I worked on the Service Desk, then transitioned into the Security department. Since May 2025, I have been part of the Security Operations Center (SOC), expanding my knowledge and experience in the field.
Migrated internal documentation from Confluence (DOCX format) to TheHive-compatible Markdown. Used Pandoc for conversion and ChatGPT to clean up complex sections. Ensured correct formatting through step-by-step reviews and integrated the result directly into TheHive with manual image/link verification.
Designed and implemented a hybrid IT infrastructure including AD, Print, and File Servers with granular permission concepts. Configured Azure Virtual Desktop (VDI) environments per department, deployed WordPress in Docker, and integrated backup strategies via Synology NAS. Responsible for configuring Print and File Servers as well as contributing to Azure and VDI setup. Project included planning, risk analysis, testing, and final documentation.
